The Ritz-Carlton, Vienna is looking for a Lady or Gentlemen for the position of:

Personal Assistant to General Manager

As a Personal Assistant, you will support our General Manager in all administrative and organizational matters.

Your tasks:

• Providing secretarial and administrative support to the General Manager while maintaining strict confidentiality in all matters

• Organization of the General Manager’s agenda

• Independently handle correspondence and administrative activities, including taking minutes, making travel arrangements and settling accounts

• Making reservations for VIP guests and meeting client expectations

• Assist the General Manager and collaborate with department heads on company initiatives

Your Competencies:

• you have already gained experience in a similar position in the upscale hotel industry and are very familiar with Opera

• you impress with your charm, communication skills, knowledge of people and leadership skills

• very good knowledge of German and English is a prerequisite, additional foreign languages are an advantage

• Friendliness, discretion, ability to work in a team and flexibility

• Well-groomed appearance and very good manners with our Ladies and Gentlemen

• Work experience in a comparable position is an advantage

• Experience in the hotel industry is an advantage, but not required

• Very good knowledge of written and spoken German and English, other foreign languages are an advantage

• Confident handling of all MS-Office programs
