GVI , a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC, and a Federal Government Contractor industry leader, is seeking a Program Manager III.
Position Responsibilities:
Complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline.
Utilize Agile Methodologies for software, hardware, system, or process development.
Develop cost estimates and executing program budgets.
Manage multiple Technical Instructions (TIs).
Position Requirements:
Master’s level degree in one of the following disciplines: management, engineering, computer science, information systems or business.
Ten (10) years of professional experience in project management.
Five (5) or more years specialized experience performing work in each of the following areas:
Demonstrated experience managing projects of similar size, scope and complexity.
Demonstrated experience supporting Dept. of the Navy and/or Dept. of Defense programs.
Demonstrated experience developing cost estimates and executing program budgets
Demonstrated experience managing multiple Technical Instructions (TIs).
Demonstrated experience completing projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline.
Demonstrated experience utilizing Agile Methodologies for software, hardware, system, or process development.
Demonstrated experience supporting US Navy shipboard and shore-based installation programs.
