Estamos en proceso de incorporar para nuestro Hotel 5* en Madrid un/a jefe/a de sector de bares y restaurantes con los siguientes requisitos:

• Se valorará formación académica en hostelería, prioritariamente en el área de Alimentos y Bebidas, Certificado de profesionalidad en actividades de servicios Bar (HOTR0508) y servicios de Restaurante (HOTR0608).

• Imprescindible experiencia previa de 2 - 3 años en servicio dentro del departamento de Alimentos y Bebidas en Hoteles urbanos y de lujo, incluyendo la supervisión de equipos.

• Inglés nivel intermedio, con un nivel fluido de expresión oral, valorándose el conocimiento de otro idioma (francés, alemán, holandés, italiano, etc.)

• Disponibilidad horaria con turno de trabajo rotativo mañana, tarde, y durante los fines de semana y festivos.

• Clara orientación al servicio y capacidad de resolución de problemas dentro de su ámbito de trabajo.

• Habilidad para realizar el trabajo en momentos de presión.

• Debe poseer buena iniciativa y capacidad de trabajar sin precisar supervisión continua cuando el puesto lo requiera, siguiendo los estándares de calidad del hotel.

• Debe aportar conocimiento y competencias demostrables en mixología, coctelería y organización y servicio de restaurante.
