What You’ll Do
Provide essential administrative support to the sales team.
Oversee various local responsibilities for the Italian team, including certifications, paperwork, health and surveillance, GDPR compliance, ISTAT reporting, and more.
Who You’ll Work With
Collaborate with the entire Italian team, including Sales, SE, Consulting, Marketing, and Finance.
Build connections with peers across departments.
Report directly to the VP of Central & Eastern Europe, Italy, and Israel.
What Makes You a Qualified Candidate
At least 5 years of experience as a general assistant.
Native Italian speaker preferred.
Proficient in English, both spoken and written.
A reliable and trustworthy individual capable of handling sensitive information.
