Ford Motor Company Program Control Data Analyst in Mexico

Temporary Position

In the Program Control role, you will be participating in the strategic decisions for our future products on

F-Series Super Duty family,

You will learn the new technologies and new features and will be able to influence the organization to drive

solutions to deliver the best cost and best quality.

You will be interacting with a large cross-functional team including engineers, buyers, finance, cost estimators,

STA,Manufacturing, launch team, etc. and you will be the Key Supply Chain representative in the Program.

Position Responsibilities:

o Manage work plan rollup of program Commodity Planning, Sourcing, Supplier Quotation, and Negotiated Quote processes

o Align with cross-functional team (program, finance, cost estimating) on surrogate and control model selection

o Coordinate SALT assumption inputs from PD and achievement of sourcing work plans

o Coordinate commodity selection and achievement of program target for Best of Best (BoB) / Best of Process (BoP)

o Compile and Update initial Sourcing Tracker / SWT (Sourcing WorkPlan Tool)

o Consolidate rollup of target setting status aligned with program requirements using commodity waterfalls

o Achieve cross functional alignment and deliver sourcing to meet Supplier Engineering on-Board Dates (SEOBD) – coordinate Supplier Involvement Requests (SIR) requirements as needed

o Ensure on-time completion of ESOW / CPL with PMTs to support sourcing

o Attend (w/ PD Program Management) Sourcing PAT (Program Activity Team) and cascade status and help required to Supply Chain Team

o Coordinate input from Supply Chain Team and Finance to support program financial requirements

o Coordinate program localization requirements and program changes that could require significant capital investment

o Support Supply Chain Strategy on pre-program planning

o Coordinate Supply Chain support required for program manufacturing cost studies, ILVS/sequencing studies, make vs buy studies

o Coordinate overall rollup of purchase order and tool order placement. Cascade and coordinate help needed with Supply Chain

o Represent Supply Chain in NML forums and coordinate help needed with Supply Chain

o Communicate program timing, status and requirements to Supply Chain and Site STA. Establish and communicate Supply Chain resource deployment priorities to support program requirements

o Overall PoV owner for Supply Chain on program - prepare program status reports to support program status reviews

o Provide Supply Chain input into GPDS Integrator, corporate BPR and OESAR on program status at all milestones o Establish and maintain strong cross-functional relationships through demonstrated Ford OS behaviors

Qualifications / Competencies:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Supply Chain, Business, Engineering) 0-2 years of experience

  • Advanced English Language skills

  • Knowledge of Ford Systems and Processes preferred

  • Strong communication, inter-personal and team building skills

  • Superior organizational skills

  • Exceptional capability in Excel and PowerPoint
