We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Scrum Master to join our team. The Scrum Master will play a crucial role in facilitating the Scrum process and ensuring that our Agile development team adheres to Scrum principles and practices. The ideal candidate will be a servant leader, coach, and facilitator who can drive collaboration, remove impediments, and promote continuous improvement within the team.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Serve as a servant leader to the Scrum Team, facilitating collaboration, and helping the team become self-organized and cross-functional.

  • Facilitate Scrum events such as Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Sprint Reviews, and Sprint Retrospectives, ensuring that these meetings are effective and productive.

  • Coach the team on Agile and Scrum principles, practices, and values, and help team members understand their roles and responsibilities within the Scrum framework.

  • Identify and remove obstacles or impediments that prevent the team from achieving its Sprint goals, coordinating with external stakeholders or other teams as necessary.

  • Own the Scrum process and ensure that the team follows Scrum guidelines and practices, enforcing timeboxing, promoting transparency, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

  • Encourage collaboration and communication within the team and between the team and stakeholders, fostering a culture of openness, trust, and transparency.

  • Act as a buffer between the team and external distractions, allowing the team to focus on their work during the Sprint, and shield the team from external pressures and interruptions.

  • Track and monitor relevant metrics such as Sprint velocity, burndown charts, and other key performance indicators, providing insights to the team and stakeholders to improve productivity and predictability.

  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement within the team, encouraging reflection on processes and practices during Sprint Retrospectives and implementing changes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Resolve conflicts or disagreements within the team in a constructive manner, facilitating discussions and encouraging mutual understanding and respect among team members.

What We're Looking For

  • 6 to 8 years of Scrum Master experience

  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or similar Agile certification preferred.

  • Proven experience working as a Scrum Master in an Agile development environment.

  • Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum principles, practices, and methodologies.

  • Good to have knowledge on Salesforce application and lead as Scrum Master for the Salesforce projects.

  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and coaching skills.

  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.

  • Experience with Agile project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or similar tools.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Work Arrangement :

• Fully Remote: Must be able to travel to an Arrow office location as requested by Arrow leadership.

Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate:

$63,250.00 - $64,350.00 MXN Monthly

Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
