S&P Global Client Engagement Manager in Virtual, Poland

The Team:

Fincentric is dedicated to the delivery and presentation of financial data, transforming complex information into elegant user experiences. As a leading Software as a Service (SaaS) provider in the financial services industry, our innovative visualizations are the standard for interpreting, manipulating, and displaying financial information.

Responsibilities and Impact:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders (clients, business partners, development teams) to ensure goals are clear and aligned to business objectives.

  • Provide vision and serve as a champion of client perspectives to the agile team.

  • Translate business and technical requirements into clear user stories for agile teams to implement.

  • Plan, prioritize, and maintain a healthy product backlog that delivers maximum value for the client while adhering to company strategy.

  • Participate in the agile ceremonies, evaluate project progress, and communicate status and risks appropriately.

  • Drive project success by delivering client satisfaction by the deadline within the allocated budget.

  • Responsible for key planning and coordination actions, managing dependencies, and providing internal and external reporting on projects and roadmaps.

  • Establish trusting relationships with clients and be a source of advisement for their digital experiences. Present new ideas to the client frequently.

  • Partner closely with colleagues in the region as well as in different locations to help establish a support network and ongoing cadence of communication.

What We're Looking For:

  • Minimum 5+ years' experience in Scrum and Agile

  • Minimum 5+ years’ Client Engagement Manager or Product Owner experience working in SAAS environment

  • Minimum 3+ years’ management or close mentorship experience

  • Experience in the Financial, Software, and/or Digital sectors

  • Strong knowledge of financial services and industry trends

  • Understands perspectives of financial consumers and advisors

  • Proven problem-solving and analytical skills

  • Thorough understanding of how to interpret business and technical needs and translate them into themes, epics, and user stories

  • In-depth understanding of Agile process and principles

  • Outstanding communication, presentation, leadership, and relationship building skills

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
