We're looking for a Scrum Master As a member of R&D/BAS team, you will be responsible for working on complex products and complex solutions, which satisfy the customer and give competitive advantage to Fujitsu.

Your responsibilities

• Lead the scrum team in using Agile methodology and scrum practices

• Facilitate and support all scrum events: Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective.

• Apply agile methodology to our build activities of packaged software solutions

• Assist in defining acceptance criteria, Definition of Ready / Done, and help the team be more productive

• Deal with problems and issues, managing resolutions, corrective actions, lessons learned and the collection and dissemination of relevant information

• Support the Product Owner and the Teams in finding techniques for backlog prioritization & conflict resolution to maximize value

• Ensure that impediments are identified and removed by the development teams and the Product Owner and coach the scrum team on removing impediments

• Work with other Scrum Masters and colleagues on fostering the cultural change - grow together and be better tomorrow, establish an environment where trust, respect, simplicity, transparency, agility and fun are main attributes.

Our requirements

• Degree in business administration, business informatics, engineering or comparable studies with several years of professional experience

• Very good understanding as well as hands on implementation of different agile frameworks (SCRUM, Kanban, LeSS, SAFe)

• Several years of experience in IT projects

• Several years of experience in the role of Scrum Master

• Ability to document and communicate progress against plans, taking corrective action if necessary

• Ability to influence a diverse group of stakeholders; strong leadership skills

• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive solutions and progress

• Ability to work effectively in a global organisation

• Strong communication and facilitation skills in English is mandatory

• Advanced knowledge in tools like Jira, Confluence, Miro

Nice to have

• Several years of leadership experience and/or project experience related to SaaS and/or analytical software

• Scrum Master certification

• German language skills
