Overview

This position performs plumbing preventive and corrective maintenance jobs. Responds to emergencies and perform other tasks assigned.

Responsibilities

• Preventive Maintenance

• Service Orders

• Nonvalue added work (Shop clean-up, Inventory of tools)

• Performs other duties and assignments as required

Qualifications

• Minimum Qualifications

• Foreign National

• Education/Experience:

• Technical school diploma is required or equivalent. May be substituted by documented OJT program showing training received and certifying completion.

• Minimum of 3 years experience of pipe fitting and plumbing repair.

• Two years related experience may be substituted for one year of education, if degree is required.

• Program Specific Requirements:

• Extensive Plumbing Maintenance Experience. (3 Years)

• Strong knowledge of welding.

• Must be able to read and understand plumbing layout drawings.

• Possess knowledge of safety and environmental issues as they relate to Facility Maintenance.

• Able to communicate clearly in English with U.S. customer.
