We are looking for our new Services Supply Chain Manager in Romania, who will report to our Services Support team in EMEA:

What You will do:

• Oversee the operation and management of services supply chain across the EMEA regions, ensuring optimal inventory levels and reduce operational costs.

• Lead the strategic planning and execution to manage and reduce backlog orders effectively.

• Direct the coordination of domestic logistics activities, focusing on on-time shipment and delivery performance.

• Optimize the reverse logistics KPIs, including turnaround time (TAT) and yield, to improve the efficiency of the reverse supply chain.

• Analyze KPI performance regularly to address any areas of underperformance. Drive process improvement initiatives to streamline services supply chain operations and reduce costs.

• Lead and develop a high-performing team, providing guidance and mentorship to enhance their skills and capabilities.

• Engage with internal stakeholders and service providers to align services supply chain operations with business goals and customer needs.

What we expect from You:

• Bachelor degree or above

• Proven experience in a senior services supply chain role, with a strong track record of leadership and performance improvement.

• In-depth knowledge of logistics operations, including warehousing, transportation, and reverse logistics.

• Expertise in KPI management and performance measurement.

• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
