Hyatt Executive Chef in Russia


Hyatt Regency Rostov-on-Don

We have an exciting opportunity for an Executive Chef to join our new property in Rostov-on-Don.

About the role:

At Hyatt, we believe our guests select Hyatt because of our caring and attentive associates who are focused on providing efficient service and meaningful experiences. As the Executive Chef you will be responsible to function as the Production Manager for the Food and Beverage Department, and to ensure that all the outlets and events operate successfully, with the highest level of quality and consistency as relates to food handling, food quality, food presentation while establishing operational standards and ensuring that each of these business units are individually profitable. This position reports to the hotel General Manager.

You will be responsible for the efficient running of the culinary department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations.

Pre-opening phase including set up of F&B culinary department according to Hyatt International standards and practices, develop and maintain policies, procedures, and processes.


About you:

If you have aprofessional diploma in Food Production, minimum of 3years’work experience in the same or a similar position and you are professional, dynamic, fun, creative, well presented with good problem-solving skills and want to be part of a unique property, we would like to meet you.
