MUFG Analyst - Project Analyst (12 Months Contract) in Singapore

· Execute project delivery under the guidance of project manager or related team members, including contribution in generating or enhancing project deliverables for consumption and practical use by myriad business stakeholders

· Function as a change agent in advocating / influencing change via possible means such as ideation / brainstorming workshops, change network briefing, deployment of ‘tips & tricks’ materials, amongst others

· Drive change enablement activities, including but not limited to change communications, training / learning and change adoption. These may involve design and development of communications and training materials, as well as change survey / pulse checks to be implemented across business units (BUs)

· Perform qualitative and/or quantitative analysis of survey results from data sources including focus groups, interviews or end user surveys and developing presentation-ready materials for senior stakeholders

· Conduct analysis and synthesize disparate data sets for consolidation for preparation of key forums such as management meetings, Steering Committee meetings

· Execute meaningful stakeholder engagement via several channels and formats including functional / country deep-dives, business alignment meetings, in order to ensure change buy-in and leadership commitment

· Directly contribute to Go-Live and/or post Go-Live activities including preparation, execution or deployment of Go-Live readiness activities, monitoring adoption / business cadence, embedding project deliverables into new ways of working across BUs

· Diligently perform review or sanity checks of project deliverables or related materials, especially those requiring cross-functional collaboration, for internal customer-facing forums

· Conduct internal ‘brown bag’ or sharing session to cross pollinate or exchange ideas across teams

· As a project analyst or consultant, perform advisory duties to target audiences as needed by the project

· Collate input from various parties (e.g. project managers) and generate / update bank-wide dashboard view for project status reporting

Job Requirements

· Minimum Bachelor’s Degree

· Minimum 1 year of working experience in Project/Workstream Management/Execution/Change Management

· Proficient in written and spoken English

· Basic to Intermediate skills in MS Applications including MS Excel, Powerpoint etc.

· Basic to Intermediate skills in designing communications or training / learning materials for bank-wide usage

· Basic to Intermediate skills in conducting research and analysis

· Base-level skills or exposure in storytelling in different scenarios or formats (this can be in the form of putting a presentation deck together or presenting to target audience of different sizes)

· Ability to carry out critical analysis of business / organizational issues

· Keen eye for detail and meticulous in creating, editing and reviewing content of different types

· Legal experience with respect to the financial services sector is a bonus but not mandatory

· Comfortable to operate in a matrixed, diverse international organization

· Willing to collaborate with different individuals and teams towards achieving shared objectives or goals

· Willing to fully comply with bank’s and team’s policies and procedures / regulations

· Keen interest in making an impact on the organization and its people via the deployment of transformation initiatives

· Keen interest in learning about / gaining experience in project implementation and change management as part of transformation initiatives being undertaken by the bank
