Admin Assistant Location: Miramar, FL Description: Job Summary:

  • The Administrative Assistant I performs office and administrative duties supporting multiple areas to include Source Documents, Quality Control, and Data Entry in accordance with Good Clinical Practices (GCPs) standards, Good Documentation Practices (GDPs), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Quality Control (QC) procedures, OSHA guidelines and other state and local regulations as applicable, always ensuring strict compliance.

    Essential Functions

  • Performs administrative and office support functions, including but not limited to, word processing, creating spreadsheets and updating record retention files, copying, filing, compiling of study records and archiving of records.

  • Edits and/or provides templates to study team as required per study.

  • Prepares and/or reviews documentation to ensure completion and consistency across studies.

  • Collaborates and communicates with study teams to ensure study documents are filed, stored and/or archived appropriately.

  • Provides additional administrative suppo1i as assigned by management.

    Candidates must have following skill:

  • Knowledge of Word/Excel

  • Ability to multi-task

  • Ability to communicate effectively

  • Work individually as well as in a team environment.

  • Ability to read/write in English

    Qualifications:

  • Education A high school diploma or G.E.D. is required.

  • One to two (1-2) years of experience in a clinical support or office management environment .

  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, PowerPoint, Access)

  • Able to speak, read, and write English fluently; bilingual (English/Spanish) beneficia .

    Physical Requirements and Working Conditions:

  • Incumbents in this class are subject to extended periods of sitting, standing, walking, stooping, bending, carrying, and lifting materials and supplies weighing up to 50 pounds.
