Our core competencies and capabilities focus on immunoassay and molecular testing in the areas of: infectious disease, cardiology, women’s health, and virology.

The cash accountant will work closely with the Associate Director, Shared Services and the Treasury team to prepare and post journal entries and perform reconciliations of balance sheet accounts affecting the treasury function, such as cash, cash equivalents, and debt. In addition, this role will be responsible for researching issues identified to ensure a timely and accurate financial close.


  • Prepare monthly journal entries associated with cash activities

  • Perform reconciliations of balance sheet accounts, including gathering proper support and researching any reconciling items timely

  • Prepare variance analysis and supporting schedules on treasury accounts

  • Collaborate with different functional teams to continue to develop accounting processes and actively contribute to a disciplined financial statement close

  • Maintain process documentation and ensure SOX compliance

  • Assist in implementations of new policies and procedures

  • Perform other duties and special projects, as assigned

Job Requirements

Education and Experience

  • BA/BS in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field required

  • Minimum of two years relevant experience required


  • Understanding of and experience in cash accounting and treasury activities

  • Detail oriented, deadline driven, organized individual able to handle multiple tasks while working independently or as part of a team

  • Demonstrates excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Commitment to meeting daily, weekly, and monthly deadlines regardless of obstacles

  • Highly motivated and dedicated to contributing to the grown and success of the company.

  • Knowledge of US GAAP

  • Complex understanding and advanced experience in using various reporting tools, including, but not limited to, Microsoft Excel, the Microsoft Suite

  • Experience with LN ERP (preferred)
