Applause Community Management Intern (m/f/x) - German Speaking in United States

To help us grow our EU Community team, we are looking for an:

German speaking Intern (m/f/x) Community Management

The successful candidate will be highly quantitative, curious about exploring data, passionate about improving processes, interested in cultural characteristics and well-versed in digital marketing. You will join the Community Management team where you support the growth and supply of existing community members with the focus on the acquisition of new community members on a global scale.

Key duties of the role:

  • Support multiple internal teams to help identify, recruit and match testers with the specific needs of our customers.

  • Interact with our uTest community via our forums, blogs, and newsletters.

  • Engage our community with the goal of increasing tester interaction with uTest on both a project level and a knowledge-sharing, collaborative level.

  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.

  • Use marketing channels across the globe to support our testing projects.

    What you’ll need to succeed:

  • You are currently studying or recently graduated in the field of either Marketing, Communication Science or something similar.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (creative writing or copywriting experience is a plus)

  • You are fluent in English and German.

  • Knowledge of Google Suite (docs, sheets, slides etc) is a requirement. Ability to analyze and manipulate data is a plus.

  • A highly self-driven sense of motivation, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.

  • You have a hands-on mentality and think outside the box to find creative solutions.

  • You are willing to support our team for 40 hours a week.

  • Experience in Community Management, Marketing, or QA project management, B2B is a plus.
