Center for Internet Security, Inc. Cybersecurity Services Program Manager - Remote in United States
The Program Manager of CyberMarket (CM), will manage the program development and operation of the CyberMarket program and assist the Senior Director in planning and executing the overall CyberMarket strategy achieving operational excellence. The Program Manager, CM will manage all aspects of the CyberMarket Program including vetting new solutions and services, vendor member benefits execution, streamlining supporting operations, developing campaigns and work with a diverse group of stakeholders to identify needs and gaps within CyberMarket.

Understand all CyberMarket vendors and the solutions being offered
Accountable to understand and improve operations and support issues for CIS CyberMarket program for both SLTT Members and CyberMarket Vendors
Responsible for the overall portfolio of vendors and management of CyberMarket operations from vetting, onboarding and ongoing management
Provide updates on the overall program operations, make recommendations and execute improvements
Responsible for growing and strengthening the relationship between CIS and CyberMarket vendors
Gather and analyze the internal and external stakeholders’ feedback to provide insights, identify gaps, make recommendations for improvements and provide consistent readouts on CyberMarket performance
Address and resolve any escalated actions and support issues as needed
Conduct research and analysis to support converting a business strategy or goal into a service strategy
Present timely, accurate, and transparent progress reports as well as identify problems and solutions to stakeholders and management.
Provide inclusive leadership including recruitment, development, coaching and mentoring of team members.
Other tasks and responsibilities as required
Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field* (or equivalent additional experience/education) such as PMI-PMP, PMI-PgMP, PMI-PfMP, ITIL, PMI-SP, PSM-1, Lean Six Sigma Certification (green or above), or PSM-1
5+ years’ experience in facilitation, product and/or program/project management
Experience leading, coaching and mentoring teams
Experienced in planning, risk management and/or change management
Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills at all levels of organizations
Communicate with internal and external stakeholders, and every team member
Strong presentation capabilities
Solid organizational skills including attention to detail, ability to prioritize and multi-tasking skills
Must be authorized to work in the United States

Microsoft Project expertise
Microsoft Suite expertise
Product or Project Management experience (in Cybersecurity field a plus, but not mandatory)
*Additional years of relevant experience or a combination of an Associate’s degree or equivalent and relevant experience may be substituted for the Bachelor’s degree.
