    MAINTENANCE - SUPERVISOR ELECTRICAL WORKSHOP.

    To strengthen our team in León, we are looking for you as aMAINTENANCE - SUPERVISOR ELECTRICAL WORKSHOP.

    Your Responsibilities:

  • Manage the area's human team to achieve the highest efficiency in the performance of their duties, providing them with support or technical support if necessary.

  • Coordinate, supervise and guarantee the quality of the work performed in the electrical workshop, verifying compliance with the corresponding work instructions and manuals.

  • Diagnose the scope of the breakdowns reported by the different areas and assess the material needed to carry out the repair.

  • Integrate, coordinate and supervise the work orders assigned to him.

  • Establish the priority and priority in work orders corresponding to his workshop, reporting to his manager.

  • Coordinate and supervise the tasks of his team.

  • Detection and analysis of needs, preparation of improvement proposals and risk analysis.

  • Management of spare parts and materials, continuously ordering, monitoring and updating them.

  • Management of the replacement, repair and storage of the factory's strategic equipment and subassemblies.

  • Specific support to the different processes in the diagnosis and repair of breakdowns for which it is required.

  • Propose and lead actions for the improvement of the workshop.

  • Ensure the order and cleanliness of the workshop facilities, as well as the repaired equipment and installations.

    Your profile:

  • Ability to develop methods based on internal customer requirements. Control of maintenance efficiency indicators.

  • Knowledge and experience with the programming of AC variable frequency drives and soft starters, brands such as ABB, SIEMENES, VACON, DANFOSS, etc.

  • Knowledge and experience with PLC programmable logic controllers programming, mainly SIEMENS S5, S7, TIA PORTAL.

  • In-depth knowledge of the chemical, food and/or pharmaceutical industry, as well as biotechnological industrial processes.

  • Knowledge of relevant standards and guidelines in the field of plant safety and environmental protection. Experience in machine safety and application of LO-TO.

  • Good conflict management.

  • Excellence in technical problem solving.

  • Knowledge of factory substations and sewage treatment plant is an asset.

  • Knowledge and experience in lighting, lighting systems, energy efficiency in outdoor lighting installations RD 1890/2008 and ITC-EA-01 to EA-07.

  • Knowledge and handling of Low Voltage Regulation RD 842/2002, High Voltage RD 337/2014 and high voltage lines regulation RD 223/2008.

    Education and Experience:

  • University Degree, preferably Engineering, Higher Vocational Training in Electricity or Electronics or compensation for at least 10 years of experience.

  • Training in general risk prevention and in particular in electrical risks.

  • Experience and knowledge in high voltage works, power transformers, protection relays, capacitor banks, high voltage maneuvers.

  • Knowledge and experience with repairs of HV and LV asynchronous motors.

  • Knowledge and experience with DC motors.

  • Experience of 4 to 6 years in similar position.
