ModMed (https://www.modmed.com/company/) is seeking a dynamic Manager of RCM Quality & Integrity to join our innovative and high-performing RCM BOOST team. The Manager, RCM Quality & Integrity will play a pivotal role in shaping our RCM performance quality strategy and processes to enhance the quality of deliverables, collaborating closely with stakeholders across Global Partners, ModMed India, and ModMed US. This is an exciting opportunity to improve revenue cycle management performance within a fast-paced Healthcare IT company that is truly Modernizing Medicine!

Your Role:

  • Lead and oversee the US Quality & Integrity Team, crafting and executing a robust quality strategy and processes to establish a comprehensive monitoring and feedback mechanism, thereby enhancing revenue cycle management performance.

  • Manage a Team of onshore RCM Quality Assurance Specialists, nurturing their expertise and elevating their role to strategize, plan, and take ownership of enhancing RCM performance within their respective areas. Transitioning them from transactional objectives to strategic Performance Quality improvement goals, enabling them to make a more significant impact on outcomes.

  • Engage in quality-centric discussions with internal and external stakeholders to drive continuous RCM performance improvements.

  • Act as the primary escalation point for RCM performance quality issues, actively participating in client escalation discussions to grasp reported issues, provide data-driven insights, and devise improvement plans in collaboration with the RCM Customer Success team.

  • Continuously strive to provide feedback and bridge gaps between ModMed and Global Partners, reducing rework and enhancing efficiency.

  • Develop comprehensive plans to enhance RCM performance quality, focusing on addressing top errors and supporting associates in improving outcomes.

  • Collaborate with MMI and MM US Auditing Teams to ensure they are well-equipped and continuously certified, sharing best practices with Global Partners for knowledge enhancement.

  • Partner with the RCM Operations Team and Coordinators to identify and address quality pain points, contributing effectively to process improvement initiatives and documentation.

  • Ensure timely and effective handling of all RCM performance quality-related Jira tickets (tasks), enhancing communication and accountability across stakeholders.

Skills & Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.

  • Six Sigma Black Belt certification is a plus.

  • 10+ years of experience in Revenue Cycle Management with a minimum of 2-3 years of experience managing the RCM Performance (or similar role) of a mid to large-sized RCM Organization.

  • Prior experience in managing and working with RCM onshore and offshore teams and global partners is required.

  • Previous people leadership experience.

  • Strong knowledge of RCM processes including Quality review of processes and controls in RCM.

  • Strong communication and presentation skills.

  • Prior understanding of tools and technologies to build robust Quality Processes within Revenue Cycle Management.

  • Ability to work Eastern or Central business hours.
