The Position: Pastry Cook
Prepare quality pastry items such as breakfast items, desserts, breads, ice creams to The Smith’s recipes specifications.
Inform Sous Chefs/CDD’s of any foreseeable shortages before items run out.
Complete opening and closing duties as instructed by the CDC or Sous Chef.
Maintain knowledge of use of equipment and abide by all safety standards.
