Position Summary

Purple is currently seeking a Quality Control Inspector to support its drive towards world-class quality in its product. The Quality Control Inspector reports to the Quality Manager and is responsible for executing Quality Control processes associated with purchased material or produced product.


  • Accurately use computer software; such as ETQ, L2L, Netsuite, Highjump, Sharepoint, MS Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams

  • Detail oriented and organized with good time management skills

  • Able to communicate well both verbally and in writing

  • Able to work well both alone and as part of a team

  • Able to handle a fast-paced schedule with time constraints

  • Able to work well with other departments

  • Locate all applicable L2L Checklists associated with Vendor Return items

  • Accurately document non-conforming product by completing a Non-Conforming Report

  • Properly use Netsuite to create return documentation, receive items, return items, close partially credited returns for AP

  • Properly use Highjump to fulfill the vendor return, transfer items to their correct locations

  • Ability to write basic reports that provide clear understanding

  • Provide support in other areas of the department as needed

  • Promote a strong culture of Quality at Purple


  • High school diploma required

  • Previous data entry or clerical experience required


  • Good organizational skills

  • Accurate data entry skills

  • Good communication skills

  • Able to lift up to 50lb
