What you’ll do:

· Provide operations leadership for our MOBILE, AL Service Center

· Coach and coordinate a team of 8-10 technicians, contact labor for job execution.

· Oversee the daily operations and logistics of the service center and be accountable for local fleet

· Ensure the timely maintenance, availability, and reliability of fleet for deployment

· Partner with the sales, fleet, and logistics teams

· Leverage general understanding of power generators, diesel engines, electrical distribution equipment, HVAC equipment and/or oil free air compressors

· Act safety lead for your location including toolbox and safety meetings

We’re experts, which means you’ll have the following skills and experience:

· 4 - 6 years of relevant operations leadership experience

· 3 years of direct management of technical employees

· Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience

· Experience with common construction and industrial tools or mechanical background

· Ability to move or lift objects, typically less than 50 lbs.
