Blue Rose Consulting Group is seeking compassionate and experienced Licensed Behavioral Health Counselors to join our team in support of our Behavioral Health and Wellness Solutions team.  These positions will support our telehealth/remote services. The successful candidate will provide remote counseling services to a diverse client population. 

In this role, you will be responsible for conducting mental health evaluations, developing treatment plans, and facilitating individual, group, and family sessions.     

  To succeed in this role, you must have excellent communication skills, a reliable internet connection, a computer, and a quiet, private office location. Additionally, you will need to have a strong understanding of the distinct types of issues that clients may be facing, their causes, and how they can best be resolved.    RESPONSIBILITIES   

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of mental health conditions and needs. 

  • Develop individualized treatment plans based on each client's needs. 

  • Provide individual and group counseling sessions to help clients address and manage behavioral and mental health problems and disorders. 

  • Accurately document client progress and treatment plans through our Electronic Health Record (EHR). 

  • Work with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to discuss treatment plans and progress. 

  • Adhere to all confidentiality regulations as required by HIPAA and maintain high professional standards.    

        REQUIREMENTS   

  • Must be a U.S. Citizen.  

  • Master’s degree or higher in the Behavioral Health Professions.  

  • Candidate must hold and maintain a valid unrestricted, independent counseling license in the state where tele-health work is performed. Typical licenses include LPC, LCSW, LMFT, and LMHC.  

  • Must maintain professional liability insurance with minimum limits of $1,000,000/$3,000,000. 

  • Must successfully pass all pertinent and required background checks, drug screens, and child abuse and neglect checks.   

  • Must demonstrate proficiency in providing telehealth services. 

  • Reliable internet connection and familiarity with telehealth platforms. 

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and high standards of professionalism and confidentiality.   

  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation per the Agency’s guidelines.  

  • Ability to understand, apply, and maintain professional standards.   

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office software applications including Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
