Description

As an Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day administrative operations of the office. From managing office supplies and facilities to coordinating meetings and supporting staff, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the office runs smoothly and efficiently. This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive and detail-oriented professional to make a significant impact in a dynamic workplace.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and lead the administrative team, including receptionists, clerical staff, and office assistants.

  • Manage office facilities, including coordinating maintenance and repairs as needed.

  • Oversee office supplies inventory and procurement, ensuring adequate stock levels.

  • Coordinate office events, meetings, and conferences, including scheduling and logistics.

  • Handle incoming calls and correspondence, directing inquiries to the appropriate departments.

  • Maintain office policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with company standards.

  • Assist with HR-related tasks, such as new hire onboarding and employee records management.

  • Prepare and distribute internal communications, memos, and announcements.

  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

  • Support senior management with administrative tasks and special projects as needed.

    Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or related field preferred but not required.

  • Proven experience in an office management or administrative leadership role.

  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others.

  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with keen attention to detail.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.

  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  • Experience with office equipment and facilities management.

  • Knowledge of HR policies and procedures is a plus.

  • Positive attitude, adaptability, and willingness to take initiative.
