Schedule Weekly Hours: 40 Emplify Health is seeking a Senior Executive Assistant to support the work of the Chief Financial Officer and broader finance division. What you'll do: This individual will excel in providing advanced administrative support, managing complex calendars, and prioritizing tasks. They will be adept at gathering and organizing information to create comprehensive reports, possess a strong foundation in technical skills and provide exceptional support, and communicate effectively with internal and external parties. Handling general inquiries with professionalism and confidentiality is essential. Ideal candidates will possess strong communication skills, the ability to anticipate needs, and a keen interest in learning about the exciting world of finance. What you'll need: Associates degree in business or related field 2 years of experience in an administrative capacity This position will be based out of La Crosse, WI. Hybrid option would be considered but candidates must live within reasonable driving distance to La Crosse due to frequent on-site needs. Job Description: Supports the Chief level in an administrative capacity. Plays a major role in coordinating the primary function, work or activities of the executive(s) being supported by anticipating their needs and workflow. Major Responsibilities: 1. Coordinates a variety of administrative processes and activities such as database, budget, HR maintenance and reporting, communications and management of multiple calendars and events to multiple senior leadership roles. 2. Reviews administrative work procedures, policies & operational methods, identifies and documents as applicable best practices, conducts appropriate audit mechanisms, financial and performance metrics reporting providing a high level of administrative support for top level executive(s). 3. Routinely deals with highly confidential and sensitive information. 4. Compiles information for reports or presentations. Prepares charts, graphs, or tables. 5. May be responsible for budget tracking and maintaining financial or personnel records and databases. 6. Responds to correspondence. Edits and proofreads documents. 7. Communicates with others in person, telephone, and/or email. May receive and screen visitors and handles general inquiries. 8. Assists with preparing for and facilitating meetings, conferences, programs and/or special events. 9. Establishes and maintains filing systems. Orders and stocks supplies. 10. May enter information from a variety of sources into computer database(s) and verify data entered into computer by checking printouts/reports for errors and correcting as required. 11. Adheres to regular and predictable attendance. 12. Performs other duties as assigned. Education and Learning: REQUIRED Associate's degree in Business or a related field Work Experience: REQUIRED 2 years of experience in an administrative capacity License and Certifications: N/A Age Specific Population: N/ Osha Category: Category 3 - Employees in this job title have no reasonably anticipated risk of occupational exposure to blood and/or other potentially infectious materials.
