Pay Rate:

The pay rate for this job is $36 / Hour

What you'll be doing as a Mason worker:

• Carve out and build structures and surfaces

• Build stone walls

• Build walkaways, fences, walls, and roads using a variety of materials, including concrete, marble, stone, wood, and bricks

• Spread a mixture of cement, lime, sand, and water with a trowel onto surface

• Cut or saw bricks to fit around windows and doors

• Place materials, such as brick, on mortar bed

• Press brick into place

• Finish mortar joints with jointing tools

• Repeat until structure has been completed

• Break up and properly size materials

• Lay out dimensions using blueprints

• Install firebrick linings

Available shifts:

Shift timings - 1st Shift (Day) 

Job requirements:

• Three years or more of masonry or bricklaying experience.

• Or completion of a three-year, federally-approved technical training program in masonry or bricklaying

• Any equivalent combination of experience and/or education from which comparable knowledge, skills and abilities have been achieved

• 10-Year criminal background check and drug test are required

• Nicotine test is also required
