JOB DESCRIPTION: 

GEM Service is seeking a Service Accounting Clerk. The Service Accounting Clerk will perform accounting duties for the GEM Service Division.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Both T&M and project invoices for assigned Account Manager
• Facilitate transfers for assigned customers
• Job cost comparisons and audits
• Job Set-ups

``` - Daily job set ups in accounting system (eCMS) - Purchase Contract and Subcontract entry - Assist with tasks as directed by Accounting Manager - Occasional same day travel

SKILLS:

Good communication skills

Ability to work with a wide range of personnel, both internal and external
