What you'll do

Are you passionate about creating compelling content that engages users and enhances their understanding of our products? If so, this opportunity might just be for you!

We are looking for a working student (f/m/d) who likes to take the initiative and who is passionate about user experience to help us shape the future of SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP).

After an initial on-the-job training, you will support our international team of technical writers and user experience (UX) designers in

  • Writing, revising, and testing software documentation and tutorials

  • Creating different types of media content, like graphics and videos

  • Collecting and implementing feedback to improve our content

  • Running user research

  • Contributing to exciting initiatives like GenAI to help us shape the future of user assistance at SAP

  • Working in a team with technical writers, UX designers, developers, and product managers

What you bring

  • You are currently enrolled at a university or a university of applied sciences studying preferably in the fields of Technical Communication, Linguistics, Humanities, or Media Computer Science

  • You have experience with MS Office applications and preferably with a content management system, XML/DITA, Markdown, or graphics tools

  • You are interested in software and arent afraid to dive into technical topics

  • You are proficient in English, German is a plus

  • Besides that, you are reliable, organized and have very good communication skills

At BTP Experience, our vision is to make working with SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) efficient and enjoyable, so millions of users can generate value for their business. Our team supports SAP Integration Suite with the creation of software documentation, other help channels, UI texts, and the design of applications.

Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please also describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.

This is a SAP global, strategic, paid working student position that provides students with opportunities to find purpose in their careers.
