This is a first-shift position, M-F, paying $80k-$100k with benefits depending on your experience! Must have 5 years of fabrication and management experience. Responsibilities

• Prepare operational schedules and welding activities to ensure production and quality of products.

• Oversee the setup and programming of welding equipment, CNC laser and plasma, 6 axis brake press, rolls, shears, ect.

• Ensures company policies, quality procedures and good manufacturing practices are understood and followed by employees.

• Maintains a safe and clean work environment at all times.

• Interview and help train new employees.

• Ensures that all production paperwork is completed on a timely basis.
