One of our clients is looking for an Accounts Receivable Specialist for a contract to permanent placement opportunity.

• Generate and process accurate invoices for completed construction projects in a timely manner

• Review contracts, purchase orders, and other project documents to ensure accurate billing

• Communicate with project managers, clients, and vendors to resolve billing discrepancies and issues

• Maintain billing records and documentation in accordance with company policies and procedures

• Assist with month-end and year-end financial closing processes as needed

• Provide support to the accounting team as necessary, including data entry and reconciliations

  Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field preferred

• Previous experience in construction billing or a similar role highly preferred

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Excellent organizational and time management skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
