Key communicator (i.e., point of contact) for assigned internal and external customers. Responsibilities include quoting, approving, reviewing, and routing customer inquiries and responding appropriately and in a timely manner. Ensure information is entered correctly into the ERP (MicroSoft Dynamics AX).

Essential Duties

• Prepare, enter, verify, document, coordinate and/or expedite customer quotes, exceptions repairs ad purchase orders efficiently.
• Respond to emails promptly, prioritize, investigate and ensure resolution.
• Work with internal customers (Sales, Equipment Repair, Engineering, S/R) to properly facilitate customer issues and concerns.
• Answer incoming phone calls courteously providing proper follow-through to completion.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required
• Associates degree is prferred
• 3+ years' of customer service experience in industrial field (or related)
• Proficient using computer (MS Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.)
• Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
• Service oreinted with friendly demeanor
