DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES: Primary Duties & Responsibilities * Manage network and telecommunication personnel and projects for a global corporation. * Maintain and improve networking environment by designing system configuration; directing system installation; defining, documenting, and enforcing industry standards. * Take a leadership role in setting team vision and direction, ensures standards and policies are maintained and systems and solutions are well documented, inventoried, and compliant with technical and operational standards, policies, and procedures. * Maximizes network performance by monitoring performance; troubleshooting network problems and outages; scheduling upgrades; collaborating with other teams on network optimization. * Secures network system by updating and enforcing policies, defining, and monitoring access. * Accomplishes information systems and organization mission by completing related results as needed. * Reporting network operational status by gathering prioritizing information; managing projects. * Establish and maintain regular written and in-person communications with he organization's users, department heads, and end users regarding pertinent IT activities. * Provide support for employee's IT related issues in a courteous and responsive manner. * Interface with other technical teams to develop company standards for network deployments. * Investigate architectures, configurations, and network tools to continually improve network performance and reliability. * Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations. * Collaborate with the security team to assess, recommend, and develop network infrastructure security initiatives. * Ensure continuous network operations through the design and implementation of resilient services and appropriate fail-over capabilities. Implement and maintain disaster recovery plans to ensure network infrastructure resiliency and recover-ability. Participate in the validation and periodic testing of recovery procedures. * Define programs for expanding network services to improve connectivity and to replace equipment as it becomes outdated and obsolete. * Provide leadership, support, direction and mentorship to various IT staff in regional offices. * Develops benchmark measures (KPI's, technical measurements, Performance targets and SLA's) to evaluate productivity within both the team and technology. * License and contract management, Own relationships with key vendors to ensure that productivity led technology capabilities are explored on a regular basis. * Coordinate and engineer cloud zones and regional architecture for data protection, DR and manual redundancy fails overs. * Ensure IT services are being delivered efficiently to the entire organization in cost-effective way by designing and overseeing operations of IT Shared Service Infrastructure. * Lead financial management activities, including the creation and maintenance of the technical services budget - both operational and capital. * Leads personnel management activities, including performance management and career development activities. * Supports efforts to develop core competencies, processes, and disciplines and supports sharing of best practices. * Interacts with business and IT team as needed, as it relates to technical implementations and technical support.

Education & Experience * Minimum 10 yrs. experience in Global IT operations and Business Process Optimization, with international experience * At least 5 years in an executive position, with experience working on strategic IT issues and progressive responsibility is required * MS in Computer Science or equivalent degree. * BS in Information Technology, Software Engineering, Software Development, Business is preferred.

Skills * Strong leadership a d team building skills * Experience with building and leading effective technical teams and developing staff members * Ability to plan, mobilize, and execute multiple priorities and complex projects on a global level * Extensive experience using ITIL processes, ideally managed using ServiceNow * Partnering with IT Business Partners, Digital Capability Management, developers, and researchers to understand business objectives and priorities and to develop aligned IT solutions * Strong knowledge of technology trends * Ability to develop complex business justifications and to implement and manage new IT capabilities * Experience with regulatory compliance needs like CMMC, CIS, CISA, SOX etc

Working Conditions * This position is hybrid * May require occasional offsite meetings or travel * Regular use of computer and other office equipment is necessary * Interaction with team members, external contacts and executives is regular part of the job

Physical Requirements * Sitting for extended periods while working on a computer or conducting meetings. * Use of hands and fingers for typing, writing, and handling documents. * Occasional lifting of objects or materials up to 20 pounds for administrative tasks. * Ability to communicate verbally and in writing. * Mobility within the office environment to attend meetings or interact with colleagues.
