Description
ENTRUST is searching for a Sr. Facilities Engineer that has electrical and controls engineering for natural gas facilities projects. REMOTELY in the following states: NY, CT, and MA
What You’ll Do:
Electrical and Controls engineering for Natural Gas Facilities projects
Initiating and maintaining extensive contracts to ensure consistent engineering standards, regulatory requirements, and technological advances
Responsibilities include
Hazardous Area Classification (HAC) compliance and design
grounding system design,
wiring design and implementation,
electrical diagram and schematic designs
P&ID design
Leadership responsibilities to include technical development and mentorship
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering preferred
12 + years of experience in electrical engineering within gas facilities or related industries
Professional Engineering (PE) license
Experience with communication protocols, instrumentation, and controls systems
Effective communication and collaboration skills within multidisciplinary teams
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with ETAP, SKM for Arc Flash studies
Extensive SCADA knowledge
Extensive working knowledge of NFPA 70 - National Electric Code (NEC)
Knowledge of command and feedback signals

Benefits & Salary: This position pays between $110,000 and $135,000 annually and is an exempt position.
Benefits offered include company sponsored medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) plan with company match. Also offered are tuition reimbursement, voluntary life, disability, critical illness, accident and hospitalization plans. HSA or FSA medical accounts and FSA dependent care and transportation/parking accounts are also available. These benefits are subject to employee contribution amounts generally set annually.
Full time employees are eligible to earn PTO hours.
May be eligible for discretionary bonus as determined by the company.
