Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Operational support on key programs (Advanced Technologies Operations - New Product Introduction). Responsible for tracking project financial data, purchase orders, and invoices, program schedule, and various other data collections.

  • Collaborate with the Operations team in the US to standardize processes.

  • Support the implementation of LEAN methodology within the organization.

  • Take a leading role in and support improvement initiatives.

  • Provide day-to-day support for managers to resolve operational issues.

  • Cooperate with department managers to ensure that quality and productivity goals are met daily.

  • Support specific functional and/or organizational initiatives.

  • Utilizes analytical thinking to execute policy/strategy.

  • Has knowledge of best practices and how own area integrates with others; is aware of the competition and the factors that differentiate them in the market.

  • Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience. May lead small projects with low risks and resource requirements.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree

  • Target oriented, responsible, passion to learn, open mind, strong motivation, structured process-based thinking

  • Ability to work with global team members across cultural boundaries

  • Good level of English

  • Strong oral and written communication skills

  • Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems

  • Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs

  • Established project management skills
