JOB SUMMARY

Manages a broad range of complex financial analysis and/or financial reporting activities to measure profitability for a region, line of business or large, complex client. Includes the management of such functions as budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, strategic planning and management reporting processes and work product.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

Client Finance Support:

  • Managing month-end entries and accruals (communication, review, consolidation & submission to the Client)

  • Regional meeting, deck preparation & presentation

  • FM Budget & Outlook/ Forecast review, consolidation & reporting

  • Project cash flow review, consolidation & reporting

  • Detailed Pass-through and labour reporting & reconciliations

  • Saving glide path and drive cost saving initiatives

  • Manage client PO process, including issuance, periodic review

  • Process alignment, improvement & simplification

  • Attend to adhoc enquiries & analysis

CBRE Finance Support:

  • Managing month end activities (review & approval)

  • P&L reporting, review & reconciliation for bottom line result

  • P&L Outlook analysis & reporting

  • TWC management and improvement

  • Introduce & improve internal control/ risk management

  • Project costing review

  • Baseline budget preparation & communication

  • HC tracking for labour and management fee billing & accruals

  • Process alignment, improvement & simplification

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Financial experience in similar role of 7 years with qualified management and/ or audit experience will be added advantage

  • Fluent English & Polish language knowledge (business communication)

  • Ability to comprehend other languages is added advantage

  • Bachelor degree in Accountancy/ Finance or Professional Accounting/ Finance qualification

  • Analytical skills and high level of accuracy

  • Ensuring full audit trail of all financial transactions including SOX compliance requirements

  • Good knowledge of Excel (pivot tables, vlook-ups, grouping), Oracle and Hyperion

  • Ability to confidently work through problems and identify solutions/recommendations that have direct impact on operations

  • Managing performance against KPIs
