The Role

We are seeking an innovative Governance and Investments Leader to lead our Governance and Investments team. Your primary responsibilities will include coordinating business cases, procedures, investment boards, and M&A activity to guide Kyndryl’s CIO organization towards its long-term goals. You will work closely with senior leaders to align activity and investments with business objectives, ensuring that all projects and programs driving value.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain the CIO organization's governance and investment model, incorporating input from key stakeholders to ensure alignment with overall business objectives.

  • Ensure detailed business cases meet the needs of the business, align with strategic initiatives, and have a business impact focus.

  • Coordinate with department heads to ensure strategic investments are prioritized and aligned with the overall business strategy.

  • Monitor progress against strategic plans and roadmaps, adjusting as necessary to respond to changing business conditions.

  • Implement and mature governance processes for the CIO organization to ensure program excellence. business case ensuring effective collaboration and communication.

  • Coordinate M&A activity, as needed, to deliver on the needs of the business and ensure success

Required Technical and Professional Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Strategic Management, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).

  • Proven experience in strategic planning, project management, or a related strategic role.

  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information into actionable plans.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.

  • Demonstrated ability to lead and manage teams, driving results through effective leadership.

  • Strategic thinker with a strong focus on results and the ability to work under pressure.
