About the role

Reckitt is searching for an SAP Business Process Owner like you; an innovative thinker armed with SAP expertise, ready to redefine efficiency in finance, supply chain, HR, and CRM. Your responsibilities

• Lead SAP solution design and optimisation in collaboration with senior owners and teams.

• Communicate with business users, absorbing their needs and translating them into SAP enhancements.

• Guide the full lifecycle of SAP solution implementation, including testing, documentation, and training.

• Foster relationships with stakeholders to drive technological adoption and business transformation.

• Manage projects and liaise with vendors, ensuring top-quality delivery of SAP services.

The experience we're looking for

• Profound knowledge of SAP modules in a manufacturing or retail setting, with hands-on experience.

• Exceptional grasp of business processes influenced by SAP systems.

• Proven leadership qualities coupled with outstanding communication skills, capable of connecting with a diverse workforce.

• Strong problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing SAP-related challenges.

• Expertise in project and vendor management, digital transformation, and change management.
