In Global Business Services , we support BASF's product divisions with a cross-functional network and offer modern solutions tailored to the needs of the business. As a specialized service unit we ensure a high level of customer orientation and we design our services to be cooperative, efficient and future-oriented.

Our Customer Service Team provides professional and individual customer support within the Order to Cash process. Processing the order is just where it starts. We support customers along all of the process, from the very first moment of placing an order, until it arrives at the customers site, safely and in a timely manner.

Our aim is to continuously improve our customers’ satisfaction. Therefor we are searching for a creative and open minded talent, that likes to identify improvement areas and turning them into success stories. Digitalization is what we are good at! Join us, if you share this passion.

Your day to day responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service to dedicated customers

  • Support customers along the whole OTC process

  • Monitor the fulfillment of your customers orders and react in case your customer satisfaction is at risk

  • Represent your customers interests within BASF by managing your customers’ complaints and deliver professional answers

  • Cooperate with various departments locally and abroad (sales, finance, logistics, transport)

  • Be a high-end administrator by ensuring a proper level of documentation in the system and a document flow that goes in line with company and legal standards

Must have!

  • Higher education in Chemistry, Economy, Administration - will be an asset

  • Experience with SAP & MS Office

  • Customer orientation and team work abilities

  • Time management and analytical thinking

  • Soft skills and professional communication

  • Polish (native or C2)

  • English (min. B2)

  • Experience in cooperating with big, international customers - will be an asset

  • Creative view - to identify improvement areas and initiate changes
