Cinch Connectivity Solutions Customer Service Lead in Waseca, Minnesota

Continue your journey as a Customer Service Lead. You'll assist the Customer Service Manager on day-to-day activities by providing professional and ethical leadership on issues relating to internal and external customer interactions, order entry functions and all processes within the Customer Service area. Our customer team is proud of their contributions, supporting a broad range of internal customers and requests while ensuring the uninterrupted development and manufacturing of high-tech products for key industries like aerospace and defense. Are You Looking to * Be the primary training coordinator and provide superior customer service to maximize customer satisfaction and promote the company in the marketplace. * Perform order entry, tracking, quotations, credit memos to maximize customer satisfaction. * Provide leadership in a continuous improvement environment. Are You Ready to * Make decisions daily that affect customer satisfaction, order fulfillment and invoicing accuracy. * Act as a liaison between customers, customer service and the plant on expedites and ship dates. * Recommend, implement and maintain process changes and develop procedures to support the plans and goals of the department. What You'll Need * HS Diploma or equivalent required. * Two year degree or higher preferred. * Five or more years' experience in customer service, and three or more years' experience in a manufacturing environment. * Must be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident.
