We are hiring an entry-level Machine Operator in Washington Court House, OH, to work for our manufacturing client. If you are mechanically inclined, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we would love for you to join our team! Choose your desired shift: 1st shift, starting at $14.00/hr. 2nd shift, starting at $14.50/hr. 3rd shift, starting at $15.50/hr. Machine Operator Responsibilities: Identify machine and tooling issues, review production schedules and work orders, and prioritize as needed. Examine product quality to identify product defects and adjust machines to eliminate flaws. Examine gaskets to verify conformance to specifications. Conduct and direct new employees in machine operation, quality inspection, performance tracking, and work procedures. Confer with management and other supervisors to resolve any production issues. Lifting requirements for this role are up to 30 pounds. We have tons of perks!
