Machine Operator Responsibilities: Identify machine and tooling issues, review production schedules and work orders, and prioritize as needed. Examine product quality to identify product defects and adjust machines to eliminate flaws. Examine gaskets to verify conformance to specifications. Conduct and direct new employees in machine operation, quality inspection, performance tracking, and work procedures. Confer with management and other supervisors to resolve any production issues.
