As a DE+I Program Manager for Learnings and Programs (DE+I), you will play a pivotal role in supporting the planning, development, and execution of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DE+I) programs and learnings. Reporting to the Senior Director of Learnings and Programs DE+I, you will contribute to driving a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion within our organization. Specifically, around the Executive Sponsorship Program, DE+I programmatic topics, DE+I Forum, DE+I global Standout Awards, Learning Library on Workday and DE+I 1-Point Lessons.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Collaborate with the DE+I team to design, implement, and manage DE+I programs and initiatives that align with global organizational goals and objectives.

• Coordinate and facilitate DE+I training programs, workshops, and events, ensuring they are engaging, impactful, and meet the needs of global, diverse associate groups.

• Conduct research and analyze data analytics to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement in DE+I programs and learnings.

• Partner with HR and Talent Management teams to integrate DE+I practices into talent acquisition, development, and retention processes. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement metrics to measure the effectiveness and impact of DE+I programs.

• Stay up to date with current trends and best practices in Project Management, DE+I, sharing knowledge and insights with the broader organization.

CANDIDATE PROFILE:

• Demonstrate excellent project and/or program management skills, including the ability to plan, execute, and monitor multiple initiatives simultaneously.

• Show strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capability to gather and interpret data to drive decision-making.

• Exhibit exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

• Be self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Display cultural sensitivity and the ability to navigate diverse work environments. Preferred with a strong focus on DE+I initiatives.

• Be willing to travel 15-20% of the time.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor's degree, military experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Advanced degree preferred. Relevant certifications in DE+I are a plus.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Human Resources, DE+I, and/or Program/Project Management.

The salary range for this role is $85,000 to 95,000. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
