DDC Public Affairs is sourcing for a public affairs professional to join our dynamic team as an Account Executive/Senior Account Executive. The DDC Account Executive is an excellent communicator with a strong interest in public affairs, politics, issue advocacy and communications. The Account Executive possesses exceptional organizational skills and is detail oriented in pursuing excellence in all aspects of client campaign delivery. They are ambitious in their pursuit of acquired skills and experience to support DDC’s clients and grow DDC’s business.
Strategic Partnership
Possesses a broad but basic knowledge of the public affairs, politics, issue advocacy and communications space
Strives to become a subject matter expert in DDC value proposition and positioning alongside client businesses including their business strategy, products and services, key customers, and competitors
Supports new business operations with an adept ability to research, outline, write, edit, and proofread materials
Assists with research including industry trends and competitor innovations
Campaign Delivery
Sets priorities, organizes workstreams, and assumes responsibility for assigned projects
Manages and supports various elements of production across client program workstreams
Executes diligently and flawlessly on assigned projects
Assists with the creation of project estimates and project plans through collaboration with cross functional teams
Manages and executes plan tactics, coordinate internal meetings and client engagement
Develops content that aligns client’s business position and organizes the delivery of written materials
Business Management and Leadership
Understands agency processes, knows how the agency works and how work flows through the organization
Familiarity with and adheres to agency financial/operating procedures and policies
Identifies and requests new opportunities to push skillset and exposure to new types of work or client support
Establishes and maintains collaborative relationships with members of the organization at all levels
