Campus Apartments, LLC Capital Project Coordinator in Washington, District Of Columbia

Responsibilities

Campus Apartments is seeking a Capital Project Coordinator to manage capital projects and teach and manage site team managers.

  • Coordinate with project team members to ensure timely completion of project deliverables.

  • Manage project timelines and budgets, ensuring adherence to project scope and specifications.

  • Review RFIs and submittals to ensure completeness and accuracy.

  • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.

  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports.

  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor project progress and identify potential issues.

  • Manage project risks and develop contingency plans as needed.

  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of RFIs, Submittals, Vendor Coordination, Water/Wastewater, and other related areas

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field preferred, but not required
