My client is a well-established Marketing & Communications firm located in downtown Washington, D.C. with an exciting new opportunity for an Executive Assistant to the CEO. The Executive Assistant will support the CEO and Executive office including calendar management, travel arrangements, meeting prep and various other tasks. The Executive Assistant will join an a very fast-paced and creative environment and must have experience managing complex logistics, preparing PowerPoint slide presentations, and acting as a liaison between various departments and stakeholders. The Executive Assistant must have 5 years’ experience in similar role and administrative professionals with a background in communications and marketing are highly encouraged to apply. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for the following duties:
· Calendar management, scheduling, and all itinerary coordination in MS Outlook for the
· Responsible for preparing PowerPoint presentations for clients
· Prioritizing and managing changing schedules efficiently
· Assisting in special projects, including planning events and engagements
· Travel coordination and arrangements
· Editing and proofreading documents in MS Word

5 years’ experience in administrative support of senior leadership
Calendar management experience, proficient in MS Outlook
Candidates with Commercial Real Estate experience are highly preferred
Proficient in MS Office
Excellent communication skills
