Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

• 10 years of experience in program management.

• 7 years of experience in leadership role(s) with/without direct reports.

• Experience delivering digital transformation projects to global organizations.

• Ability to hold and maintain a Top Secret national security clearance is required.

Preferred qualifications:

• Certification in CAPM/PMP.

• 10 years of experience managing complex cross-functional or cross-team projects.

• Experience leading professional services teams including practice management and operations, methodology development, business development support, pre-sales, executive relationship management, and managing delivery of complex professional services engagements.

You're equally comfortable explaining your team's analyses and recommendations to executives as you are discussing the technical tradeoffs in product development with engineers.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $214,000-$305,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. • Establish a reliable and visible cadence for portfolio reviews, decision making, prioritization, and resource management, whereby improvements are measurable and the impact can be felt organization wide.
