HOSPITALITY & RECEPTIONIST OVERVIEW:

PRIMARY responsibility with be RECEPTION DESK Duties (50%):

  • Excellent communication skills (in person and on phone)

  • Professional appearance, demeanor and articulate

  • Work in Rendezvous Application (conference Room scheduling Software), greet visitors, accept and transfer calls as needed, maintain card keys, hand out PPE, notify recipient of visitor, handling parking validations

  • Outlook - sending professional emails, notifying of visitors, sending email alerts, etc.

  • Light mailroom work

HOSPITALITY Duties (50%):

  • Complete conference room set up and placing food in meeting rooms, as necessary. Each meeting will require unique items depicted as per instructions from Rendezvous.

  • Individual, at times, will work alongside Operations personnel to ensure all conference rooms requirements are met and set up properly.

  • Maintain the highest levels of customer care while demonstrating a friendly and cooperative attitude

  • Adhere to all safety procedures

  • Perform other tasks as assigned

SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)

  • Experience in Customer Service, Hospitality or Retail

  • Previous work experience in a law firm or similar setting handling reception desk duties

  • MS Office skills a must - emphasize in OUTLOOK for updating spreadsheets, WORD & OUTLOOK for emails
