Summary This notice is issued under direct-hire authority in response to the Creating Helpful Incentives to Produce Semiconductors (CHIPS) Act of 2022 for which NIST has a critical hiring need. Responsibilities The CHIPS Operations Office is looking for a Project Manager who is excited to work with a new, evolving team! As a new Project Manager on our team, you will: - Manage Salesforce award system - Support CPO members in using Salesforce and manage any edits to our platform or new use cases - Oversee Salesforce reporting - Assist with other IT platforms and databases - Manage relationship with Salesforce Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications BASIC REQUIREMENTS Applicants must have 1 year (52 weeks) of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-13 (ZA-III at NIST) level. Specialized Experience is defined as: - Experience managing a customer relationship management (CRM), such as Salesforce - Project management experience; AND - Experience working with/ managing a vendor or contracting group Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done. We will credit all qualifying volunteer experience in your application.
