FANNIE MAE Senior Associate – Employee Experience, Marketing and Communications Division (Hybrid) in Washington, District Of Columbia
Job Description As a valued member on the CMO Front Office team, you will review, monitor, and analyze business data to solve problems and/or make recommendations to improve business performance, as well as identify opportunities for enhanced business efficiency and performance through data and technology.

The Marketing and Communications - Employee Lifecycle and Development Associate role will offer you the flexibility to make each day your own, while working alongside people who care so that you can deliver on the following responsibilities:
Own and support elements of the employee lifecycle including headcount planning, onboarding, retention, development, and off-boarding.
Manage headcount reporting and documentation to provide transparency to Mand ;C leaders and business partners such as Finance and Talent.
Interface with the Talent Acquisition team and Hiring Managers to monitor and assess recruiting progress and socialize best practices.
Support workplace planning and logistics.
Manage and innovate division-level onboarding practices.
Oversee development initiatives within the division – people management, core competencies, and emerging focus areas – and contribute to efforts to provide basic marketing and communications training to the division.
Contribute to division-wide engagement forums that promote sharing information and context, drive engagement, and build culture.
Providing horizontal support to the Marketing and ; Communications division that equips the organization to advance its goals and ensures that we operate in a well-managed fashion.
Provide recommendations to the team to determine business needs through understanding business unit operations.
Gather and evaluate data on business operations, human capital, and resources.
Translate business analysis results for customers to empower data-driven decision making.
Qualifications THE EXPERIENCE YOU BRING TO THE TEAM
Minimum Required Experiences
2 years
Ability to identifying and implementing business insight to improve the employee lifecycle through advising, designing business models, interpreting customer and market insights, forecasting, and benchmarking.
Experience gathering accurate information to explain concepts and answer critical questions.
Skilled in presenting information and/or ideas to an audience in a way that is engaging and easy to understand.
Working with people with different functional expertise respectfully and cooperatively to work toward a common goal.
Ability to manage relationships and engage stakeholders and vendors to build relationships.
Skilled in the graphical representation of information in the form of a charts, diagrams, pictures, and dashboards with programs and tools such as Excel, Tableau, or Power BI.
Skilled in Excel

Desired Experiences
Bachelor degree or equivalent
Experience using SharePoint
Experience in Tableau or similar data analytics tool
Skilled in Microsoft Teams
