FANNIE MAE Senior Investor Relations Analyst in Washington, District Of Columbia

Job Description As a valued colleague on our team, you will contribute to the planning, directing, and executing marketing and communications specifically aimed at Fannie Mae's investor and researcher community. In this role, you will contribute to managing Fannie Mae's rating agency relationships.

THE IMPACT YOU WILL MAKE

The Senior Investor Relations Analyst role will offer you the flexibility to make each day your own, while working alongside people who care so that you can deliver on the following responsibilities:

  • Promote enterprise products to investor customers.

  • Manage investor relationships including coordinating and tracking activities, interactions, and communication impacting the investor customer or investor-facing products.

  • Work with business owners to create and execute marketing strategies for products that are distributed to Fannie Mae's investor customers.

  • Develop strategies designed to build new audiences and scale to expand reach.

  • Develop marketing and communications collateral to enable capital markets-facing traders and sales teams to connect with the investor community.

  • Develop, maintain, and expand third-party relationships with rating agencies and the Wall Street fixed-income community.

  • Suggest, develop, and implement tools to support investor marketing in reaching and analyzing the investor customer. Work cross-functionally with enterprise marketing to align marketing channels and sales collateral with the enterprise brand.

Qualifications THE EXPERIENCE YOU BRING TO THE TEAM

Minimum Required Experiences:

  • 2 years of relevant experience

Desired Experiences:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent

  • Analyzing data to identify trends or relationships to inform conclusions about the data

  • Strong computer skills including Microsoft PowerPoint and advanced Microsoft Excel Skills; experience using Google Analytics, SharePoint, and Salesforce CRM preferred

  • Skilled in the graphical representation of information in the form of charts, diagrams, pictures, and dashboards with programs and tools such as Excel or Tableau

  • Adept at managing project plans, resources, and people to ensure successful project completion
