We are now hiring a 3rd Shift Machine Shop Supervisor. Some key responsibilities include: Maintainemployee safety, staffing, training, coaching, and performance management. Identify and implement continuous improvement activities to advance production in the Machine Shop on 3rdshift to attain Department goals. Collaborate with other departments including Production Control, Engineering, and QA to ensure production flow. Qualifications Excellent communication skills Ability to prioritize activities in a rapidly changing environment Demonstratedgood problem solving and decision-making skills Proficient math and computer skills.
