Eaton Corporation Supply Chain Project Manager in Waukesha, Wisconsin

Eaton's Power Delivery and Regulation Division is currently seeking a Supply Chain Project Manager. This position is based at our Badger Drive location in Waukesha, WI.

The expected annual salary range for this role is $105000.03 - $154000.04 a year.

What you’ll do:

The Supply Chain Project Manager will be a critical member of the Power Delivery and Regulation Division (PDRD) Supply Chain team and will be responsible for managing projects related to increasing and/or outsourcing capacity for the division. This would include the expansion of existing manufacturing footprints, the re-location of manufacturing operations as well as the increasing of capacity through the integration and development of joint venture operations. This role will also lead supply chain related aspects of special initiatives, implementations, and process improvements as assigned within the PDRD organization.

• Lead all supply chain related aspects of projects involving the re-location of manufacturing operations, the expansion of manufacturing capacities, and the development of joint venture operations.

• Manage cross-functional teams to establish thorough project plans and ensure that milestones are completed to schedule

• Establish and implement supply chain strategies and processes required for capacity expansion projects. Strategies would involve:

  • SIOP and Master scheduling

  • Purchasing and sourcing

  • Planning and production activity control

  • Inventory and material flow

  • Transportation and logistics

• Manage supply chain related aspects of SAP/MRP data migration as needed to support projects

• Support SCM organizational capabilities and bench strength through functional excellence and training as required by projects

Qualifications:

Required (Basic) Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution

  • Minimum of 5 years of work experience in a manufacturing or operations environment

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supply chain role

  • Must be able to work in the US without sponsorship now and in the future.

  • Relocation is not offered for this role. Candidates must reside within a 50-mile radius of the work location. Active Duty Military Service member candidates are exempt from the geographical area limitation.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or business from an accredited institution

  • Three or more years of experience using SAP

  • Two or more years of experience managing people or projects is a plus

  • Certifications in Lean Six Sigma, CPIM/APICS, or Continuous Improvement are desired

Skills:

  • Ability to travel 25-40%

  • Effective written and verbal communication skills

  • Process focused with a continuous improvement mindset

  • Demonstrated comprehension of the Eaton Business System (EBS)
